Possible bills for 2019
: "Folks, now is the time to start thinking of priorities for next session. Please reply here with any ideas for bills you might have for ASAC to consider in our mission to level the playing field for subcontractors.
One possible bill that has been percolating for the last several years is to give subcontractors the right stop work if not timely..."
