AB 196 COVID Workers Compensation Presumption

: "Thanks, Julie. I agree this is a terrible bill. Causation of infection is going to be a hot issue, and if an employer gets stuck automatically, EMR’s are going up and employers will pay for it for a long time. NOT FAIR.

Seems flat out OPPOSE is the only viable position, because our amends would be to gut the bill.
