Yesterday’s deadline for bills to pass the Assembly and Senate Appropriations Committees resulted in a “bloodbath” as more than 650 bills learned their fates.  The attached Bill Status Report (BSR) shows the current status on the dozens that we’re monitoring for ASAC members   Hundreds were “held in committee” which means they are DEAD.  Others are annotated as 2 year bills, meaning they’ll remain dormant and may sleep on the shelf until January 2022 when they will have on...
